Every homeowner who reaches out to Damagestrategy Tree Service should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, please let us know. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Can You Tell Us About?

You can contact us about:

  • Your experience when calling or contacting Damagestrategy Tree Service
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this website that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

What If the Problem Is With a Provider?

Providers in our network are independent businesses. They are responsible for their own quotes, pricing, work and customer service. If you have a problem with tree work on your property, the usual first step is to raise it with the provider directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback on providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who repeatedly fall short may be removed. Please keep in mind that Damagestrategy Tree Service cannot settle contract disputes, refund money for a provider's work, or make decisions for a provider.

How Do You File a Complaint?

Send an email to contact@damagestrategy.beer and include:

  • Your name and the easiest way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you are hoping for

What Comes Next?

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we are taking.

Not Happy With Our Answer?

Reply and ask us to take another look. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state or local licensing office may be able to help too.
